Ron was originally initiated into Alpha Phi Omega
National Service Fraternity in December,1961 into Beta Uspilon Chapter,
at Northwest Missouri State University. Following 3 years in the Navy,
he went on to help found Phi Chi Chapter at Missouri Western State
University, in St. Joseph, MO. in 1970, where he served as the first Pledge
Master.
