A corporation management initiated a “Managerial Development Training Program” for all the managers and supervisors. The program focused on a) Servant-Leadership, b) Team Spirit Harmonics, and c) Creativity. The management team met for one day at a resort hotel to experience an appreciation workshop themselves, whereas the full program is a 4-day workshop for the rest.
This 1-day workshop emphased on “Collaborative Conversation” among the management team members using whatever the management concepts or theories, in this case a) Servant-Leadership and b) Team Spirit Harmonics. The conversation and reflection are very much contextual – whatever really happen among the management team members, their interaction, thinking, feeling, emotion, behavior, mental models, beliefs system, etc.
They had good experience and were very open to each other, with humor, facilitated by this QuaSyLaTic. They began to realize how their behavior affected each other and other members in the organization.
They engaged this QuaSyLaTic to further assist them in their regular management meetings as organization observer, organization thinking, thinking framework designer with facilitation and coaching.
