This slides presentation is the result of conducting learning facilitation to a few batches of executives on "Problem Solving"
Instead of traditional approach to problem solving techniques, which we all experience, do not help to resolve fundamental issues as we continue to solve problems or fire-fight, and the problems come back in difference shape and different form, the "Problem Solving" is taken lesser importance as compared with "Understanding the perceived problems in hand" and thus Managing Problem Solving is the focus.
"Problem Solving" implies we roll up our sleeves and quickly get into the act of solving problem, like what we do so often, "Managing Problem Solving" tries to get into the insights of the things we wish to tackle FIRST.
