This article is a result of conducting a facilitation workshop for an upper level project management team in preparing their mental capacity to get ready for a critically important project to be implemented shortly.
Although the setting is about an engineering project of chemical complex plant, readers of this article will benefit in
- a) learning about how a group of professionals mental capacity can be further enhanced to get better prepared for their desired future undertaking
