Introduction
This framework design is to assist learning facilitator to conduct meaningful conversation or dialogue among a group of interested parties trying to learn the two aspects of the Learning Organisation disciplines, namely Personal Mastery and Mental Models. (Please refer Coaching Tools on the theories of the disciplines)
The design of this particular framework is focusing on Personal Mastery & Team Learning without any hierarchical atmosphere.
Intended Outcome
Individuals inner strength increases with greater capacity and capability than before, collectively contributes, enhances a shared Vision.
