In what area is the foundation located?
The Imperial and Mexicali valleys are located about one and one half-hours east of the city of San Diego, California and about one hour due west of the city of Yuma, Arizona. They are located on the U.S. - Mexican border. The cities in these valleys directly on the U.S.-Mexican border are Calexico, California and Mexicali, Baja California.
