I got this list of stress relievers at work....I thought some of them were really cute...so I posted them here for others who, like me, can get stressed out. Whether it is school, work or just life....try these...if I helped in any way, it would make my day!!!
The ones in bold are ones that I have found to work for me!
Stress Relievers
- Make time for play
- Sing a song
- Walk barefoot in the grass
- Write.....down your dreams...your fears
- Take a child to the playground
- Sit by a fire
- Fly a kite
- Call up an old friend
- Take time for the sunset--or sunrise
- Smell a rose
- Daydream
- Read a good book (get some ideas from my list!)
- Listen to the birds
- Work out at the gym
- Close your eyes-----What do you see?
- Hug someone you love
- Get a massage
- Go for a brisk walk
- Go swimming
- Go to work a different way
- Frogive someone
- Eat a good breakfast
- Get up 15 minutes early
- Get a pet
- Spend your coffee break at the beach

- Look closely at a flower, leaf, blade of grass or tree trunk
