I got this list of stress relievers at work....I thought some of them were really cute...so I posted them here for others who, like me, can get stressed out. Whether it is school, work or just life....try these...if I helped in any way, it would make my day!!!

The ones in bold are ones that I have found to work for me!

Stress Relievers

  1. Make time for play
  2. Sing a song
  3. Walk barefoot in the grass
  4. Write.....down your dreams...your fears
  5. Take a child to the playground
  6. Sit by a fire
  7. Fly a kite
  8. Call up an old friend
  9. Take time for the sunset--or sunrise
  10. Smell a rose

  12. Read a good book (get some ideas from my list!)
  13. Listen to the birds
  14. Work out at the gym
