Fusili Club Manifesto

We, the proud Fusili consumers of this cosmos, hereby declare our devotion to Fusili. We like it a lot. We really do.

We hereby form the World Wide Web chapter of the Fusili Club.

All members of the Fusili Club may or may not abide by the following code of discipline, depending upon their state of mind at the moment of inquiry:

Rule I
Section A

1. This is not a fraternal organization.
2. For that matter, neither is it identical, sororal, paternal, or maternal.

Section B

1. All prospective members shall be carefully screened by the Fusili Club Screening Committee.
2. Not withstanding the deliberated decisions of the Fusili Club Screening Committee, all prospective members shall be admitted (see Rule I, Section A, paragraph 1).

Section C

1. All people applying for membership must join under penalty compliance with Rule III, Section B, paragraph 1.

Section D

1. No non-humans whatsoever may be admitted to the Club unless they express interest in joining.

Rule II
Section A

1. All petitions for withdrawal from the Club must be screened by the Penal Director.

2. In cases of withdrawal petition submission, a Penal Director shall be appointed. The member appointed as Penal Director shall be the member who is most qualified to deal with such petitions; namely, the member who has most recently submitted a petition for withdrawal.

Rule Q
Section A

1. Although dress is not an option, all members must attend meetings well dressed mentally.
2. All meals are meetings, and vice versa, except where excepted by the Unwritten Law (Rule III, Section A, paragraph 1).

Rule DEF
Section A

1. All amendments, specifically, but not exclusively, must be submitted by either members or non-members and must be approved by one or more of the above.
2. No amendment(s) submitted otherwise will be approved (This is not to be confused with Rule III, Section A, paragraph 1. One is, however, welcome to confuse this with Rule III, Section B, paragraph 1).

Section B

1. All amendments to the Unwritten Law (Rule III, Section A), or the Unwritten Rule (Rule III, Section B), must be unwritten (for guidance in this and all other matters, see The Rule of Thumb (Rule L), The Right Hand Rule (Rule M), and The Rule of Law (Rule N).

Rule LXIX
Section A

1. Life is grand.
2. Fusili is grand.
3. Fusili is life.
4. Life is fusili.
5. Life is a small, curved white noodle.

Rule Z
Section A

1. Don't mess with the Fusili Club.
