Welcome
to my site. You have taken the first step toward a healthy and
active lifestyle. Fitness has always been a passion
of mine. However, those of us who are truly dedicated to
wellness are labeled as "meatheads." This stigma goes
unwarranted because a dedication to weight training, cardiovascular
work, nutrition, and flexibility are fundamentals to health and well
being. My webpage is also full
of free health information for the sole purpose of informing you to

My
Core Philosophy I believe fitness in that of itself is
the not absolute truth to a well rounded lifestyle. What do
Plato, Mao Zedong, Teddy Roosevelt, and Arnold Schwarzenegger have
in common? All of these men stressed the importance of an
active and physical lifestyle to compliment the whole self.
Plato stressed rhythmic athletic movements in conjunction with
rigorous academics. Although considered a ruthless politician, Mao
challenged China to become physically active in order to compete as
a national power. Teddy Roosevelt made his cabinet do
exercises on the Whitehouse lawn! I think we all know what
Arnold has done. The point is, life is all about
balance. Physical activity and proper nutrition will
contribute to success in other areas of your life and will provide
you with confidence, energy, and tenacity in the face of
challenges. This is where I come in. If you want to
