As time permits I will be trying to retune my previous attempts at Windows Startup screens and wallpaper, but I will have to evaluate this section as time permits. I recieved very little feedback on this section so I have to assume most people can stretch their own images to make wallpaper and modify them to fit into the Windows Startup logo pics.
