Well, the evil day has finally dawned. Gambit and Rogue have broken up permanently according to Marvel. Unfortunately for them, they might find that the fans have a slightly different point of view. For all the years which we have invested in the couple, we will not acquiesce to Marvel Editorial's plans for a couple with whom we've laughed, cried, pitied and envied. As one of the lecturer at MiT famously said, and I paraphrase, comics are modern mythology which now belong to those who read them.

In short, the power to choose what happens is ours through letters and petitions. I encourage you firmly, now more than ever before, to redouble your efforts. If we let Marvel know that we do not approve as soon as possible, they will change their minds and reunite our couple. So, put your pen where your heart is and work with us to reunite Remy and Rogue.
