Here is one of my latest poems.
Close to mey heart, the memory will stay,
Put away safe for another day,
The memory looms there,
Waiting to reappear,
Growing inside until it will burst,
This memory is the best, yet the worst,
I want to remember it forever,
Every moment I will savor,
But the pain is just so great,
My heart wants to deflate,
Until another day,
There the memory will have to stay.
