Is it Love?
Gothic Lover

I look like you
I can play the part
I like your music
I dance with you within the dark

You say that it’s all dead
You caress thorns
You talk of bleeding holes
You think you’re the only dancer of the dark.

We twirl and spin
Melodies different as night and day
Harmonize
Become
Union
Light
and
Shadow.

If you see me
outside
then you know
they so often mistake me
for you
but I know
the truth about you
and I know
that I can laugh
in the darkest shadow night.

Aphrodite Sleeps

Black.
I am wrapped in darkness.
Your eyes burn
for what I keep
underneath
these folds of cloth,
Aphrodite sleeps.

Bruised and torn
my body cries
a silent tear
falls from my eyes
and I would scream
this rage
and how I long
to test my inner flame
but you, my dear
wrap the veil
so tight
about my face
I cannot breathe
unless by your leave.

Here in the dark
Aphrodite sleeps
dreaming
of breathing
and of being free.

Kiss Evolution

(Sweet 16, never been kissed)

tingle
spark
a hum
electric
on wires
of my body
I tingle
down to
my toes
certain
that
love washes
over me
like warm rain.

(Learning to Sin)

frantic
energy
multiplies
surging through
my body
those frantic
hands claw
caught
I drown in
the sea
of lust.

(Sultry Kisses Without Fear)

sweet
warm
thick
running
over
my tongue
like
honey in July
I feel you now
a tinglespark
deep inside
myself.
