  Techniques taught:   Knee on Belly to reverse armbar
       
  Steps: 1 Left Knee on Belly 
    2 Place left hand in the far side gap between shoulder and arm of opponant
    3 If the opponant keeps moving his hand inside, hold his gi at elbow and catch his hand on the side of your neck
    4 Sit down straight as if to perform an armbar on the wrong side keeping the opp. Arm in place
    5 Roll towards the right and then move boths arms to position over the opps elbow, then tighten

      Choked out white belt with Lappel choke, finished it in my own half guard
