Karawapo's Wingman Page- This page is mostly in Spanish, but it's one of the only Wingman sites I've ever found. There's an article about Wingman, but it is in Spanish. There's also a small,yet very nice image galery. It also has info on Masukazu's other Manga's. A pretty good site.
The Ultimate Manga guide- Masakazu Katsura Page- A page listing almost everything Masakazu Katsura has worked on. There's alot here!
The Masakazu Katsura Shrine- A nifty site dedicated to Masakazu Katsura the man who created Wingman. This is also a really good site. It's got a ton of stuff on his various works. And it contains some Manga tranlations of Wingman.
A great new site devoted to Masakazu Katsuras works, with a VERY indepth biography. It's completely in Spanish, but if your looking for one of his rarer works go here!
