This is an effort to keep the page looking nice. The purpose of this text is to waste enough space that the geoguide in this frame is pushed down below where it will be viewed. This hardly seems wrong, as I'm placing the geoguide all over the site in main frames where readers can easily see it. There's really no need or value in having three geoguides partially visible at the same time!
