There's a 11-year old boy living in Pallet Town with his mother. His rival (Gary) lives next door to him. This 11-year old kid (Ash) and his rival used to play nicely together when they were little. but lately, Gary has become mean. He sees Ash as his rival because they are of the same age and height. When Ash heared that the professor, (Professor Oak, Gary's grand-father) is a pokemon expert. Ash got excited, because he's very curious about things. The next day, Gary had received his pokemon from the professor... Meanwhile, Ash is still sleeping because he had destroyed his own alarm assuming it was a pokeball... And so, once Ash finally woke up, there was only one pokemon left for him. And that's the beginning of his journey along with his new pokemon... Pikachu! |
