Okay, so you want to know at least something about the author of
these pages. For Vorlon-style convenience, I'll give you the
information as the form of answers to Galen's questions.

Jeffrey Crouch, roleplayer, computer geek, Star Trek fan
now diminished, and writer/artist of varying quality.
I serve as Chief of Operations (read: Secretary) of the
USS Pioneer, a local
chapter of UFPI. I also
build models, continue the excessive customization of my
Macintosh Performa 6116CD, run a roleplaying game using the
Champions system, and otherwise do various things that most
people either can't understand, or refuse to understand for
various unknown reasons.

To become a full-time, well paid Graphic Designer at a company of
any size, while continuing to devote my life outside of work to my
various hobbies.
I am hoping to be able to stay in Colorado, where the scenery is
beautiful and most of my friends in the known universe currently
reside. If I can't, then someplace that stays comfortably warm or at
least doesn't freeze over completely in the winter.
I don't serve anyone right now, mainly because of the fact that I
lost my job at IKON recently. Probably a good thing, because it felt
like I was living in a Dilbert strip for most of my time there.
I am scheduled to get married at the beginning of August to Laura
Evans, who I met through the USS Pioneer a few years ago. She's
working on becoming a park ranger as her second career. Her first
career was microbiology.
Most of the people on the Pioneer, including some who are no
longer a part of the ship but still hang out with us.
The roleplaying group I hang with on most weekends, a good bunch
of guys that sometimes lament their lack of social lives outside
their hobby.
Also, my parents and future parents-in-laws, all of whom accept me
for who I am, even if I do act a little addled from time to time.
