January 15, 2004: It seems that after nearly 30 monthes of inaction, the CUSTOMIZER'S COOKBOOK was under the threat of being shutdown for good. Well, I'd like to announce that the site is indeed back up and working again, in a new version, known as the "MASTER'S EDITION". This new version of my website will still feature all of my Star Wars customs, but will now include recipe of parts for each figure, which was the original intention for the name of this site. Another new feature of this website will be the inclusion of the FFURG ratings system, which I helped pioneer at www.FFURG.com. This will give anyone viewing the figures a good idea of the difficulty of each recipe. Another new feature is the REFERENCE GALLERY. I've spent years gathering reference photos from all the other websites and resources out there, including some defunct ones like Alderaan Online and Red 5. I've used a thumbnail system to organize the photos so if you need a certain character or scene, odds are I have it or can get it. To explain my lack of updates and my extended absence over the last 30 monthes, I've met the woman of my dreams, Jackie, and married her! Although she's a Star Wars fan like me and she's encouraged me to continue the Star Wars customs and collecting, I have to say that I've greatly neglected FFURG and CUSTOMIZER'S COOKBOOK. I plan to fix that starting now. Now that the wedding and honeymoon are over, time to get down to business and get this wealth of information out to the masses. | ||||||||||||||
