James Ignizio, Professor of Engineering at the University of Virginia, is the author of seven other books as well as more than 300 articles.

He is also a Fellow of the Institute for Industrial Engineering, a Fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science, Co-Founder of STAMDA (the Society for the Theory and Application of Multicriteria Decision Analysis) and a recipient of the First Hartford Prize.

In short, James Ignizio has spent most of his professional life in "High Tech Hell."
