FINAL FANTASY IV

But first, a little background info on it... Final Fantasy 4 (Final Fantasy 2 in the U.S.A) was created in 1992 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.  You play as Cecil, the dark knight, who is sent on a mission by King Baron to capture the crystal of water.  Afterwards, being the noble hero you are, you ask the king WHY you must steal the crystal from innocent people.  The king thinks you are turning against him and sends you away... so, on you journey to get back at the king and save the land and stuff, you meet friends, become a paladin, go underground, and  make a visit to the moon.   In the end you defeat Zeromus, the one who started the whole "collect the crystals" thing.

That's the basic storyline, with a few plot twist of course ;)

Hardest bad dude: Zeromus
Easiest bad dude: Kainazzo (Just use 3 "Bolt 3"'s and 1 twin attack, and he's gone.)

Now for the stats.  The score is 1 to 10, 1 being lame ass, 10 being kick ass :)

Graphics
I give it... an 8.  Compared to other SNES games, they are pretty good graphics.

Control
A 7.  The controls are pretty simple, "A" is the action button, "B" cancel, "X" brings up the status screen, and "L+R" makes you run.  Why not a higher score?  You fingers have to be kinda agile to reach the L and R buttons to run (But who runs anyway?)

Challenge
I give an 6.  Compared to FF6 (FF3 U.S.) this is a much more simpler game.  Good for the beginning Final Fantasy player :)

Music and Sound
A 9!  WHOO!  Has some great music and good sounds too :)

Storyline
A good ol' 7.  Not the best storyline, some obvious plot twist and other things.   Non-exciting text, needs some more comedy or a little swearing :)

Overall
The average score is... 7.4.  A good game, worthy of the Final Fantasy name and Squaresoft makers :)
