Roads Not Taken


Mulder and Scully have solved some very strange cases in the course of the X-Files, but not even the dynamic duo can get to them all. Here are some cases that may have actually happened in a parallel universe (or fanfic)

Title: Eerie Indiana
Case: Mulder and Scully talk to a boy who lives in the strange town of Eerie. The town itself is eventually declared an X-File.

Title: Generation X
Case: Mulder and Scully investigate a TV show that has attracted something near a cult following. Things get really strange as they notice some eerie similarities between it and their lives.

Title; Power to the People!
Case: Mulder and Scully learn about a time traveling seceret agent from Britian and decide that some things are better off not being known. Scully is scratched by Mr. Bigglesworth for having a dog instead of a cat.

Title: We're in the Band
Case: Mulder and Scully travel to a local school to discover what the secret phrase is that lets a handful of students run free.

Title: Blurry Witch
Case: Mulder and Scully investigate the mysterious dissaperence of 4 teenagers. They are found later at a local McDonalds.

Title: Matries
Case: Mulder and Scully are contacted by a strange man named Neo who says he knows what the Truth is...

Title: Drastic Park
Case: Mulder and Scully are sent to investigate a man who supposedly has been able to clone dinosaurs and end up wishing they had brought Krychek along.

Title; Heat Wave
Case: During a really warm spell Mulder and Scully go abroad to find out why. They meet a man who looks an awful lot like Charlie Sheen and he tells them of the "Arrivals".

Title: Smoke
Case: At an annual Buearu picnic, Mulder is constantly plauged by the smoke from the campfire. He suspects conspiricy involvement until Scully points out the "Chimney Effect."

Title: MIB
Case: Police reports of the goey kind lead Mulder and Scully to New York where two of the revolving restraunts have been trashed.

Title: Field of Dreams (tm)
Case: Mulder and Scully investigate an Iowa farmer who claims dead ballplayers play on his field. Mulder can see them, but Scully can't.

Title: The sock in the wash
Case: Whatever happens to that missing sock, and where does it end up?

Title: Buns and dogs
Case: Why are there six buns in a bag, but eight hotdogs? (A disgruntled man holds a supermarket hostage with this question.)

Title: Checkbooks
Case: Why won't the checkbook balance?! (oh, wait that's Mulder's checkbook, *not* Scully's ;) )

Title: Bread
Case: Why does toast always land butter side down? (Testing of this theory proved unfortunate for Mulder's carpet. Scully refused to test it in her apartment.)

Title: Bad things
Case: Why do bad things always seem to happen in three's? (No, I don't mean the EPISODE, although that might work...)

Title: Time is Relative
Case: Why is it whenever you are waiting for something to happen it takes forever and when you don't want it to happen it happens nearly the next day?

Title: Driving
Case: Why is it whenever you are late going somewhere you always get stuck behind someone who insists on going 5mph *under* the speed limit?
