We are pleased to announce the arrival of online forms to TFS. You are now able to submit your Time Off, Punch Correction, and Schedule Change requests from the convenience of your own desk. This means no more paper forms to fill out and turn in. It will all be done electronically.

Unfortunately at this time, the Switch, Trade or Give Up Hours Forms are still done by hand.  You can find them located at the front of the call center in the bins attached to the Guest Services Bulletin Boards.
