Charles has been a Florida Notary Public for many years (over thirty-five) and can perform the following notarial functions:
1. Regular notarial acts: acknowledgements, jurats, and oaths ($10.00 per notarial act);
2. Weddings ($30.00 for solemnizing of wedding); and,
3. Loan Closings (call for fee).
In addition to the notarial acts, Charles is able to do fingerprinting (for individuals or for organizations). Each fingerprinting card is $20.00.
As Charles is a "mobile notary", he comes to where you are to perform these services, therefore travel fees apply. At this time, Charles only works in Pinellas County, FL.
