We wear black because it protects our skin. Not because its in style. If you take a black and one white handkerchief and suspend them in the sun. You can look at the different shadows they cast. Black blocks more sunlight. Canvas or thick cloth is better but black leather is best. There are some new materials out that may be very effective but test them first. Cover all parts of your body. Long hair covers the head some but headcoverings are better as are gloves. Leave a piece of leather in the sun for a week and that shows the effects on treated skin. Sunglases protect our astral sight more than physical sight. Bright lights will also destroy your astral sight. Most astral realms are low light. Vampyre who live in the sun will never be able to interact with the astral realms fully. No amount of clothing will ever be as effective as living a nocturnal existence. But we all have to be prepared to leave the house during daylight incase of emergency. We all make our own decisions and choices of how much we interact with the physical world.
