Beghe, "Bugger" to his friends, is a shy sort. He lives in the Eclipse campsite, although when asked he doesn't claim to belong to Eclipse. He was once part of the Cilewyn clan, in Yuliswyn. when Yuliswyn was destroyed, all of his friends from various clans disbanded. By some stroke of luck, they met up again in Mossflower country, and most are now living at Eclipse, because in some way or another they're connected to Taan. Beghe has a not-so-secret crush on Silvamord, though she finds him irritating, mainly because he's so quiet. He's an archer, and believes in "beasts from the stars" along with his closest friend, Kit. Kit is married to Taan, so he and Bugger don't often talk as much as they once did, but they're still friends.
