This site will not be updated due to lack of enthusiasm (on my part), so I have passed on my data to Michael Talbot, who has made the data available here . From what I understand, he has not received many (if any) recent votes (hence the lack of a recent update). You could also check out

The Internet Book Database
The Internet Speculative Fiction Database which has a very extensive database of books, but very few people have voted for the books.
Alexlit.com which is apparently being upgraded, and should be online again in early 2008. This was the best personalised book recommendation site I have seen.
