at one point in his career (in his prime), spedman was the envy of his peers at a local gym, "big ed's muscle hut". He won first prize in his weight class(super ultra feather weight) by bench pressing a stunning 64.21 lbs (nearly twice his own body weight!). His mother consequently gave him the nickname "guns" to acknowledge his achievements and his super human strength.

This is spedman at an unfortunate down point in his life.. he was extremely depressed and was consuming nearly 3lbs of slim jims an hour. This picture was takin during a rare ballet session. It demonstrates his cat like reflexes and agility (even at 543lb). After being out of work for nearly a year, he later pitched an idea to the WWF for a new character he called "crouching sumo, hidden weiner".
