A short history about CRCA

 

Children’s Human Rights Centre of Albania – CRCA is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit organisation. The mission of CRCA is the protecting and developmnet of children’s rights in Albania based to the standards and principals of the Convention for the Rights of the Child of UN.

CRCA is established in March 1997 and approved by Tirana District Court on June of the same year. Members of CRCA are young and well-known lawyers, physicians, journalists, sociologists specialised on children’s rights and issues. CRCA is organised in two main boards: The Board of Directors and The Board of Advisers. Members of the Board of Advisers are well-known personalities and activists of children’s rights.
